TLC is run by Sean Lange in KZN and Carey Ann Van der Bijl in Cape Town.
TLC is a tourism products and services company aimed at expanding the tourism industry in South Africa. We build websites. Apps. We make YouTube videos. Run many social media profiles.
We practise what we preach with our own tourism companies. Like Umzimkulu Adrenalin, Spillers House and The Sardine News.
Sean Lange – CEO (tech lead)
Sean has been working in the tourism and media industries all over the globe. And since the inception of the internet has been involved in software and systems development. Sean also worked as a producer on many news and tv shows. He was part of the team that launched ETV back then.
It is this experience that Sean brings to the management of TLC and its projects, like Umzimkulu Adrenalin and Spillers House.
Sean has been a boat skipper since 1986. Qualified lifeguard. First aider.

Carey Ann van der Bijl- CFO (admin lead)
Carey Ann holds a BComm from the University of Cape Town. Carey Ann freelances her accounting services to the film industry. And runs a long-standing yoga school called Yoga Namaste.
Sean and Carey Ann worked together in the same capacities previously. When they ran SurfTV and iCity, in Cape Town. Providing smart technology and programming services to the advertising industry (Orrey, Rightford, Drysdale) which is still in existence today.
Carey Ann has embraced the opportunity and the company is now in its second year. Carey Ann is in Cape Town where our offices are located.
